If you draw your jobs in SketchUp, you can now send us the model. Set it up the way our SketchUp guide shows and we can price it, and make it, straight from your drawing.
Setting up the model
- Set the units to millimetres and draw the room full size, with the walls dimensioned
- Put the room and anything in the way on its own Room tag
- Make each cabinet its own component, named by size and type or by its code from our trade price list
- Put doors on a Doors tag and show the hinge side
- Flag anything special, like Gola handleless, glass doors, open shelves, scribes or fillers
Our standard sizes: base units 720mm high and 570mm deep on a 150mm plinth; wall units 320mm deep and 575, 720 or 900mm high; tall units 1825, 1970 or 2150mm high. Our door and drawer sizes page has the door sizes.
Sending it
Upload the .skp file with a screenshot or PDF of each wall. We check it and reply within 2 working days, usually with a quote and our own drawings for you to approve.
