Enclosures cut from your drawings: baffles with driver and port cut-outs, rebates for flush-mounted drivers, and internal bracing. Supplied as a flat-pack set of parts or glued up.

Wood engraving
Names, logos, signs and patterns engraved into wood and MDF. Good for signs, gifts and putting your brand on furniture.

Whether you’re building a pair of bookshelf speakers or a run of subwoofer boxes, we machine every panel from your drawing so the box goes together square.
- Driver cut-outs and rebates, so drivers sit flush in the baffle
- Port holes and slots, and terminal cup cut-outs
- Internal bracing and shelves, cut from the same sheet
- One-offs or batches: one pair, or the same box many times
- Flat-pack or glued up: we can supply the parts, or assemble the boxes for you
Wood engraving
Engraving in wood and MDF.
We engrave text, logos and patterns from your artwork. Clean vector artwork (DXF, DWG or PDF) gives the sharpest result, and we can often work from a clear image too.

Step 1
Send your drawing
Use the form below. Send a drawing (DXF, DWG, PDF or SketchUp) or a sketch with sizes in millimetres, and tell us the material and how many you need.
Step 2
Get a quote
We check the drawing, tell you if anything needs changing for the machine, and send a price and a date.
Step 3
We machine it
Once you approve the quote and pay the deposit, we cut, rout or engrave the parts in our Long Eaton workshop.
Step 4
Collect or delivery
Collect from the workshop, or we deliver. East Midlands delivery is £99 + VAT. See delivery and collection.
What to send us
Help us quote quickly.
- A drawing with every size in millimetres. DXF or DWG is best for cut-outs and engraving; a PDF or a SketchUp model is fine.
- The material and thickness you want, or tell us what it's for and we'll suggest one.
- How many you need, and when you need them.
- The finish: raw, or anything else you'd like us to quote for.
