Headboards, cut to your design.

Pick a shape from our range, size it to your bed and see the price as you go. We cut it on our CNC from 18mm MDF or plywood, with the support frame, the pillow stop and every hole drilled, ready for you or your upholsterer to cover. From £80 + VAT for a single.

Design your headboard.

Choose a style, then your bed size (or type your own width), the overall height and the pillow stop. Every size on the shape can be changed: type a number, or press on the box and drag left or right. The drawing is to scale and the price updates as you go. Order it here, or if it’s wider than 6ft, send us the design and we’ll price it.

What you get.

Every headboard comes as a flat kit of parts, cut and drilled on our CNC.

The panel

Your shape, cut on our CNC from one 18mm sheet of MDF or plywood, with plug socket cut-outs where you need them.

The support frame

25mm support strips for the back of the panel, cut into lengths that fit together around the shape.

Holes that line up

10mm dowel holes and 3mm screw pilot holes drilled through the panel, the frame and the pillow stop, so everything goes together in the right place.

The pillow stop

A separate board that fixes behind the bottom of the panel, overlapping it by 100mm, at the height you choose. Or leave it off.

Tall headboards

Too big for one sheet? It's made in two pieces with a joining rail behind. The configurator shows you where it splits.

Not upholstered

We supply the shaped, drilled kit. Add the foam and fabric yourself, or take it to your upholsterer.

Prices are for each headboard up to 1200mm high overall, measured from the bottom of the pillow stop to the top. Taller headboards are double.
Wider than 6ft? Send us the design from the configurator and we'll price it for you.
MDF and plywood are the same price.
Delivery is priced for your postcode and added to your invoice. Collection from our Long Eaton workshop is free.
We ask for payment in full before we make it. Your invoice comes by email once we've checked your design.
