DTJ Interiors makes kitchen, bedroom, bathroom vanity, home office and media units to measure for fitters, joiners, kitchen studios, interior designers and builders. Every carcass and panel is cut, edged and drilled in our own factory in Long Eaton using Egger boards, so what arrives on site is accurate and consistent, job after job.
Three ways to buy
Buy at the point that suits the job.
Fitters, kitchen studios, developers and shopfitters buy from us at whichever point in the process suits the job. The carcass specification does not change between them.

Cut & edge
Send a cutting list. We cut to size on the CNC and edge-band to match, ready for you to assemble. See cut and edge.

Flat-pack carcasses
Complete units supplied flat, drilled for cam and dowel, with the fittings bagged per cabinet.

Assembled & delivered
Built, checked and wrapped in the workshop, delivered to site ready to fit.
What we supply
Units, components and hardware
- Made-to-measure kitchen units, from 150mm to 1200mm wide
- Bathroom vanity units at 340mm deep
- Bedroom, home office and media units, including wardrobes
- Cut and edged panels made to your cutting list
- MDF doors and wall panels, plus doors from BA Components and PWS
- Egger worktops and edging
- Häfele storage, LED lighting, hinges, runners and fixings
Units can be supplied flat-pack or assembled.

How it works

Send your plans
Send drawings, a cutting list or just the room dimensions, by email or through our contact form.

We quote
We price the job from our trade price list and confirm sizes, boards and finishes with you. Bespoke sizes are priced on the same basis.
03
We make it
Cut, edged and assembled in our Long Eaton factory. Cut & edge takes 5 working days, wardrobe cabinets 1 – 2 weeks and kitchens 2 – 3 weeks.

Collect or delivery
Collect from the factory, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm, or we deliver across the East Midlands for £99 + VAT, and further afield at a price per job. See delivery & collection.

Prices
Trade prices are issued in the DTJ Trade Price List 2026, in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT. Approved trade accounts can read it online, or ask us for a quotation against your own schedule.
Orders are confirmed with a 50% deposit, and the balance is due before delivery or collection. Pay by BACS transfer or card; there is no minimum order. See our terms of sale.
Trade accounts
Create an account on My account and confirm your email, then apply for trade access from the Trade account tab with your company name, phone number and type of business. We check each application and email you when it is approved; you can then read the price list and the trade-only pages.
